 Additional tweaks to {{{vrfy.sh}}} following discussion with Rahul and
 Fanglin.   Four changes were committed at r97271:

 1. Define working directory, {{{DATAROOT}}}, consistent with other job
 steps.
 2. Change ''fit2obs'' temporary run directory to be at same level as other
 job steps.  ''fit2obs'' is a executed as a batch job submitted from
 {{{vrfy.sh}}}.
 3. Remove unused {{{DATA_IN}}} in !MinMon block.
 4. Add {{{KEEPDATA}}} logic to end of {{{vrfy.sh}}} to clean up run
 directory.
