 LUNA-llogin1 > svn -m "reintegrate branch gmted2010 back to the branch to
 update source code and scripts for using the new GMTED2010 terrain data
 for FV3GFS. Please see George Gayno fv3gfs trac ticket #17" commit

 The new terrian source dataset  GMTED2010 and an updated topo30 dataset
 are placed locally on Luna/Surge at
 /gpfs/hps3/emc/global/noscrub/emc.glopara/svn/fv3gfs/fix/fix_orog, and on
 Theia at  /scratch4/NCEPDEV/global/save/glopara/svn/fv3gfs/fix/fix_orog.

 Fix fields for FV3GFS at different resolutions (C48 to C1152)  will be
 created later on using the new GMTED2010 data  and placed in the above
 local "fix" directories.  Scripts/workflow will be updated to give user
 options to use the topo30 or GMTED2010 terrian datasets.
