 A version of the gtopo30 data without a header (i.e., a direct access
 file) was created so the code can read either gtopo30 or gmted2010 data.
 Some comments were added to
 [https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/trac/fv3gfs/browser/branches/gmted2010/global_shared.v15.0.0/ush/fv3gfs_make_orog.sh?rev=96646
 fv3gfs_make_orog.sh] about this.  The default is to use gmted2010.
