 use {{{calc_increment_ens}}} from gsi instead of {{{calc_increment}}} from
 fv3gfs. The GSI version is parallelized and is efficient for handling
 ensemble members and multiple time levels for the deterministic
 4Danalysis.

 Update job scripts as well.
