 Created a branch
 https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/fv3gfs/branches/fanglin.yang/trunk_r93576
 out of the latest trunk.  Committed to the branch global_chgres_driver.sh
 and global_chgres.sh that Jim Abeles recently updated, and a slightly
 modified fv3gfs_remap_weights.sh. Then reintegrate this branch back to the
 trunk https://svnemc.ncep.noaa.gov/projects/fv3gfs/trunk
