 (04/21/2017) to include his changes in CHGRES. The following
 programs/scripts will be updated

 global_shared.v15.0.0/ush/global_chgres.sh
 global_shared.v15.0.0/sorc/global_chgres.fd/read_write.f90
 global_shared.v15.0.0/sorc/global_chgres.fd/chgres.f90
