 After discussion in the {{{Scripts and Workflow}}} meeting,
 {{{exglobal_fcst_fv3gfs.sh.ecf}}} now adheres to the production directory
 structure. {{{fv3gfs_regrid_nemsio.sh}}} needed a {{{cd}} to the
 {{{$DATA}}} directory.
