[Ncep.hmon] [hmon] trunk updates

Hello all,

I've updated the trunk with the latest updates.  Under the sorc there are
the following directories:

hmon-vortextracker.fd
hmon_NMMB_init.fd
hmon_coupler.fd
hmon_hycom.fd
hmon_nmmb.fd
hmon_post.fd
hmon_util.fd

There is a README in the sorc directory that has instructions on how to
build each directory. However hmon_post.fd and hmon_util.fd are not quite
ready yet.  hmon_post.fd should be ready soon as it is ncep post.  I do not
know what executables are required of the hmon_util.fd directory.  The file
sorc/install.sh lists all executables but that was copied from the hwrf and
many of those are probably not needed for HMON.

So can I have someone(s) do a pass on what binaries that need to be built
by hmon_util.fd.
