Hi Ken,

This document does need to go through a bit of an overhaul since we moved
to the new google system and many of the links in the document are no
longer valid.

Regarding the frequency of change.. it all depends on the scope of the
change and who needs to test and implement the change prior to
implementation.

Typically for significant changes to systems, models, applications - the
frequency is around a quarter or longer. If feedback indicates this is
too long, then it might be more optimal to make updates on a monthly
manner. The only thing I would caution you is you want to make sure you
allow enough time to understand requirements, code/develop, and test
thoroughly before software updates are implemented.

By the way ... the meeting location for the CCB meetings are in Room 1655
every Thursday beginning at 1:30pm.

https://www2.gotomeeting.com/join/319800802 Meeting ID: 319-800-802
866-717-2115 passcode 412-0438

Let me know if you need further information and we'll take a closer look on
this end about updating the document.

Thanks,
Michelle
