[Idp.gis.support] Routine Change Schedule

Michelle,

I am reading through the CM docs you have for NCEP so I can refer to them
in the GIS CM process (no sense re-creating the wheel).  I wanted to know
what you think is a good schedule for routine changes (weekly, monthly,
etc) and what about significant changes (monthly, quarterly)?  Initially I
was thinking quarterly for significant changes on the GIS side but I am
hearing from our users that is too long.


Also, does the meeting location in Appendix D. need to be updated in this
doc?
