[WAM-IPE] Some questions on WAM input/namelist

I have sorted the input files such as 'solar_in' to work on WCOSS - but now
they are hardwired for me (ie, a fixed path on WCOSS).
I need to sort out making this so it works seamlessly across both Theia and
WCOSS, but I haven't done this yet.

I'll get to it next week and soon we will have a version that builds and
runs properly on both systems.

I can't commit this quite yet because I don't want to break everyone else's
version - but if you want to copy that across - it will build and run on
WCOSS.
