[WAM-IPE] The trunk is broken?

Probably not an issue of 'svn' here. In fact, for 'svn', it's other way
around:

"SVN 1.9.5 and Git 2.11.1 added to path as workaround. A permanent fix
will be put in place at the next downtime".

So default svn is actually 1.9.5 (and if you load avn 1.8, it simply
doesn't work; so don't do it).

which svn

/apps/subversion/default/bin/svn

[Houjun.Wang at tfe07 ~/svn]$ svn --version

svn, version 1.9.5 (r1770682)
