4 pm update:

1. PTC 15 (TD-15) now updated to TS Maria, threatening the Lesser Antilles and Puerto Rico.

2. TD 14 became TS Lee.

3. Interesting dance between Jose and Maria in the long-range GFS forecast.

4. Only real problem was confusion when trying to run the Targeting program, specifically redrawing modified flight track. Luckily, Anu Simon will be at NHC tomorrow to guide us through the GUI and user workflow.

NCO Linux Sysadmin Doug Gaer diagnosed the cause and verified that the problem was resolved at 21Z Friday.
