If this occurs, a Help Desk ticket should be submitted to NCO. Their SysAdmins will roll back the kernel on impacted systems to an older, more stable version (12). Red Hat has released a new kernel that fixes this problem. NCO will be testing this new version next week and, if it is deemed to be stable, they will begin a large scale upgrade process across the national centers.
