Regarding this TAFB issue:

Saturday, July 2:
   - GFE/NCP issues: Error running TCMwindTool with 22.5kt forecasts...Procedure Instance has no attribute ‘baseDecodedtime'

Lead Forecaster Jeffery Lewitsky explained that this error was a “one-off”, likely a formatting issue in the WRKTCM text bulletin generated by the forecaseter at the time.
