Just to clarify.  The rainfall alerts on the Pacific PC and the banners
appearing in Jeff Lewitsky's AWIPS/CAVE are two separate and unrelated
problems.  NCO will address the alert on the PC.  Chris Mello will address
the AWIPS issue.
