[Ncep.nhc.nco_contacts] SR RHEL 6 patching Doc

Matt:

Thanks for passing that along. Martin mentioned to be today had the this
problem when loading the OS on one of our new workstations (can't remember
if it was my new one nhc-lx-tsb2 or compdev01). Is there  solution to this?
