Please find notes from today's meeting and other important information below.<br><br><b>VLab:</b> Vlab was down yesterday and part of today. As of now, VLab is back up but the "all clear" has not been given. It's likely that there will continue to be intermittent outages today as they continue to fully resolve the issues. We have the MPI issue with NL4 (<a href="https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/issues/39745">https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/issues/39745</a>) which needs to be fixed for this and the last public release. A list of other remaining issues can be found here: <a href="https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/projects/emc-ww3/issues">https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/projects/emc-ww3/issues</a> <br></div><div><br></div><div><b>*PLEASE ADD VERSIONS* </b><br></div><div>If we keep with the 2 year public release schedule the next public release would be in October/November which means we need to start keeping closer track of projects for the v6 release. If you have updates targeted for the upcoming public release, you need to have a version on the roadmap: <a href="https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/projects/emc-ww3/roadmap">https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/projects/emc-ww3/roadmap</a> <br></div><div>Currently we only have 3 there, to create a new version go here : <br><a href="https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/projects/emc-ww3/versions/new">https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/projects/emc-ww3/versions/new</a> making sure to add the name "6.XX short description". <br><br>If you have a bug update or minor update that does not correspond to a version number increase but needs to be tracked for the v6 public release, create an issue here: <a href="https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/projects/emc-ww3/issues/new">https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/projects/emc-ww3/issues/new</a> and for the <i>target version</i> put "6.XX Bug Fixes and Documentation" which will be the catch-all for these. </div><div><br></div><div><b>Next Meeting: <br></b></div><div><b>Wednesday, March 21st at 10:30am ET</b><br></div><div>Bash Toulany will (tentatively) present results on global runs using TSA. <br></div><div>We will also discuss the list of all projects for v6 and their status. <br></div><div><br>To help with reminders about the development group meetings I have added
some to a google calendar invite, but I have to add people individually.
