Hi Everyone -

The WW3 developers meeting this week is canceled as Thursday is
Thanksgiving.  In the meantime, here are the status updates on the
preparation for the public release.

> The docedits has most updates ( there are a few outstanding issues:

)  and the next step is for NCEP to do a read through.
> About half of the bugs from using Intel_debug have been solved and work
is on going on the other half.  (Second bullet on the list of tests here:
https://vlab.ncep.noaa.gov/redmine/projects/emc-ww3/wiki/Checklist_for_Public_Release).
We will contact individuals if we need help to solve these issues.
> There are some remaining bugs that have been found with the unstructured
grids which are being worked on in the bf_reflection_ugdev branch.
> The Portland PGI is also under test.
> GNU is the next one.

for the Public Release.
