which is about the public release status and open discussion!  Details
below:

   Update the public release status (Testing Different Compilers, Manual,
   etc)

Notes for before the meeting:



   -

   We have created PRv6 and did the tests with different compilers (intel,
   intel_debug, Portland and GNU). The debugging is still underway for a
   couple of failed regression tests.
   -

   *We do not reintegrate any new development to the PRv6.*
   -

   The manual is getting updated in *docedit* branch, not master/PRv6.
   -

   We are testing S and T switch for the regression test matrix .
   -

   Please let us know if you plan to present your work in the upcoming
   calls, so we can plan it.
