[Ncep.list.wwatch3.discussion-group] WW3 Trunk Updated --- svn in read only mode!

Hi Everyone,

The WW3 trunk has been updated again. The trunk is how it will be when it
is frozen in read-only mode in svn tomorrow.   The updates are as follows:

r98027
- This just sets an error variable to undef in w3gsrumd.ftn that was
inadvertently switched on in a previous trunk commit on Friday.

r98038
- This corrects equations in the manual associated to Stoke's Drift output.
(Thanks to Tim for finding this!)

r98080
- This adds ww3_uprsrtr which updates the restart.ww3 file according to an
external significant wave heigh analysis.

r98082
- Version number updated to 6.03!

I will be sending out updates with respect to GIT later this week!
