[Ncep.list.wwatch3.discussion-group] WW3: Update on GIT transition (postponed to late August)

Hi Everyone,

An update on GIT: Because of some technical difficulties, we will be
holding off on the transition to GIT until late August.  When I get more
information about the exact timing I will let you know.  In the mean time,
we will continue using svn. For those of you who we postponed getting an
svn username/passwords because of the transition, I apologize.  The current
wait time for a new svn username/password is still a month or more.  That
being said if anyone would like to start or restart the process let me
know.

Also we will be having a development group call in August. Yukino Nagai, a
summer intern here at NCEP, will be presenting the updates she has made for
regression testing.
