Hello

We have updated the trunk to include sea ice scattering work from NRL and
IFREMER. The trunk has been updated to version 5.10. In the next couple of
days we will add in URI's sea state dependent stress (for the atmosphere)
computations, which will update the trunk to v 5.11. I will also add in
some additional features for SMC grid type that were submitted by UKMO.
Finishing which we will launch a complete set of regression tests and will
be then ready to release another alpha version of the code.
