1. Update from Erick Rogers on new Ice mud interaction source terms

2. Update from Fabrice on new ice scattering terms plus other things that
they are working on

3. Update from Hendrik on the new Hybrid MPI / OPENMP option plus the
changes to OPENMP switches

As always there will be a brief review on state of the trunk and planned
upgrades
