> 1.Remove MQ queues on hub1 from cluster load balancing so that new data

> 2.Stop MQ and Message broker on hub1
> 3.Perform system backup
> 4.Start MQ and Message broker on hub1
> 5.Add MQ queues on hub1 back to cluster load balancing so that new data
> will be routed to hub1,verify data is being processed.
