There are no current NCEP outages to report.

However, around 00Z last night -  a WCOSS node battery problem occurred and
had an operational impact on Tide. .and there were some notable models
delayed.. these are as follows...

    dgex00 - 40    mins
    nam00 -  38-42 mins
    nam02 -  41-43 mins
    rap00 -  69-72 mins
    rap01 -  37-41 mins
    rtma01 -  72   mins
    rtma2p501 - 69 mins
    sref21 -   59  mins
