[Ncep.list.outagereports] NCEP Daily Outage Report for 05/05/2015

SWPC remains fully functional at the APS as they continue to resolve
network connectivity issues locally. The Boulder NOC, IDP contractors, and
SWPC personnel are all working to get the connections restored so that they
can synchronize back to Boulder.  The in-room wiring is completed for the
data center, but there are up-link issues that are still being resolved.

Other than the above, there are no NCEP outages to report.
