Site Affected: Brazil - Text Data & Binary Data (Inbound/Outbound Lines) 
with NWS

Impact: Text/Binary products were not being sent or received from 
Brasilia, Brazil

Note: Brazil Text/Binary products inbound/outbound services returned 
starting at 0229z on 7/17/15.  Service outage was confirmed by NWS Tier 
2 to result from issue(s) at distant end. Brazil was  notified via email.

Resolution:  NCO SS is awaiting a report from Brazil.
