[Ncep.list.outagereports] NCEP Daily Outage Report for 01/27/2015 - NCO NETAPP FAILURE

NCO had to fail over and reboot the Netapp due to Dataflow issues.

The Primary impact was a  2 hour delay in posting data to NOMADS/FTPPRD.
