[Ncep.list.ntbn_nbuild] NTBN weekly upgrade

Before restarting EDEX please do the following:

ssh dx3-ntbn
cd /awips2/edex/data/utility
find . -name "*.md5" (then verify it only returns .md5 files so the
next line will be safe)
find . -name "*.md5" -type f -delete
