[Ncep.list.ntbn_nbuild] NTBN AWIPS2 upgrade (16.2.1-30n6) this morning at 1230Z

Curt,

LX4-NTBN is offline until the network switch is fixed.  Sorry.

But, when it comes back to life we'll have to get the AWIPS and CAVE
packages up to date on it since it's out of the patch cycle.
