[Ncep.list.nos-nowcoast-status] NOAA nowCOAST Status Message - Lightning Strike Density Data

The ground-based lightning strike density data are not updating on nowCOAST
this morning due to an issue with the source data provider, Vaisala.
(NWS/NCEP Ocean Prediction Center obtains the data from Vaisala and then
nowCOAST obtains the data from OPC.)   The NWS Senior Duty Meteorologist
reported at 10 UTC (6 AM EDT) today the following

"Vaisala has lost power and they are currently working to resolve their
issue.  This is currently impacting NLDN and GLD lightning data feed."
