NOAA/NOS nowCOAST Status Message

The NWS data provider in Kansas City resolved the issue with their IT
instructure around 9PM EDT last night and the normal generation of
shapefiles containing NWS active WWAs started again.   At the present time,
the majority of active NWS WWAs are now appearing on nowCOAST.  However, a
few WWAs will not be updated in the shapefiles until after 8:00 AM EDT
today.
