Due to the threat of Tropical Storm Elsa to the SE states and potential for
severe thunderstorms in the NE states, nowCOAST's map servers are
experiencing high numbers of map requests.  nowCOAST users will likely
experience very slow map response times and slow loading of the nowCOAST
map viewer.
