NOON EDT Thursday, Sept. 10, 2020

NOAA's nowCOAST map services and map viewer at the NOAA IDP Data Center are
very slow to respond to users' requests or not responding at all.  NWS/NCEP
Central Operations personnel are investigating the issue.   There is no
Estimate Time of Resolution.
