NWS/NCEP is proposing to put in place new connection limits to safeguard
their web services, this includes NOAA's nowCOAST.

NWS/NCEP will be holding a virtual public forum to discuss this and other
mitigation options on December 8, 2020, at 2 pm EST.  One can register for
