Recently, users have reported intermittent issues with the radar base
reflectivity mosaic displayed on nowCOAST, where imagery from individual
NWS radar locations are being dropped from the mosaic periodically.  We
have checked with the Multi-Radar/Multi-Sensor (MRMS) team about this, and
they have identified the issue as being related to some radars "employing
scan strategies that take longer to complete," which is causing existing
time thresholds to be exceeded, thus, affected radar images are not being
included in mosaics.

The MRMS team is aware of the issue and is planning to adjust these time
thresholds in the upcoming release of MRMS v11.5.
