[Ncep.list.nos-nowcoast-status] NOAA/NOS nowCOAST Status Message

On Thu Jun 22 2018, NCO implemented a fix for nowCOAST's point/click
forecast.

If you see any strange behavior or screen artifacts, you should clear your
browser cache. CTRL-F5 may be sufficient.
