NWS radar reflectivity mosaics are once again available to nowCOAST.  The
01, 03, 06, 48, and 72 hour qualitative precipitation estimates (QPEs)  are
also available again.  We expect the 12 and 24hr QPEs to fill in as the day
goes along.
