[Ncep.list.nos-nowcoast-status] NOAA nowCOAST Status Message - sat_meteo_imagery_time service

The NOAA nowCOAST map service, sat_meteo_imagery_time, is currently in a
degraded state due to a defect in vendor software.  The problem may result
in roughly 1 of 12 requests to this service to fail with status code 500.
Users of the map service or map viewer should retry their requests if this
issue is encountered.  The nowCOAST team is working with NCO personnel and
the software vendor to resolve the issue sometime during the next month.
