nowCOAST is running in the NOAA IDP Infrastructure in Boulder.  However,
nowCOAST is  being affected by the ongoing network and communication
problems at NCEP NOAA IDP in College Park, MD (see NCEP/NCO message below)
Due to the problems at IDP College Park, the following datasets are not
available or experiencing intermittent outages:   1) NWS weather radar
reflectivity, 2) NHC and CPHC tropical cyclone track/intensity forecast and
cone of uncertainty, 3) lightning strike density data, and 4) RTMA hourly
surface weather analyses.

No ETA from NCO on when network and communications problems will be
resolved.

THE COLLEGE PARK DATA CENTER IS STILL EXPERIENCING NETWORK AND
COMMUNICATIONS ISSUES. THE NCO TECHNICAL TEAM HAS FOUND THE
POTENTIAL PROBLEM AND IS TROUBLESHOOTING.
