The display problem associated with the Cone of Uncertainty for Hurricane
Hector has been resolved, and valid tropical cyclone track forecasts are
once again being displayed properly.

However, nowCOAST map services continue to suffer from sporadic performance
problems and occasional error responses.  We will be continuing to monitor
the systems and will send another message once the performance problems
have been resolved.
