The NHC's track/intensity forecasts and cones of uncertainty for Hurricanes
Irma and Jose, issued at 11PM, properly updated on nowCOAST a few minutes
ago.

FYI -  The next scheduled stop/start of nowCOAST servers will be at or
about Midnight EDT which will result in an outage of map services for about
10 minutes.
