[Ncep.list.nos-nowcoast-status] NOAA nowCOAST Status Message - Stop/Restart In Progress - Services not available for ~ 10 minutes

NOAA nowCOAST Status Message
9:55 AM EDT Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017

nowCOAST web mapping services is presently exhibiting slow map response and
occasional blank images due the problem with underlying map server software
and heavy web traffic due to Category 5 Hurricane Irma.

NCEP/NCO is stopping/restarting nowCOAST servers at the IDP facility in
College Park in order to restore map services and map viewer.  These
stops/restarts will cause an approximate 10 minute disruption to map
services to users.
