NOAA/NOS nowCOAST Status Message

A status message on October 4 expounded on an issue with ArcGIS Server 10.5
where imagery could appear "washed out", i.e. rendered with a dull or muted
color palette.  The root cause was identified and the software vendor ESRI
provided a patch which was applied on Oct 26.  We believe the issue has
been fixed, but if you encounter further cases of washed out imagery or
other problems, please contact us at nowcoast.team at noaa.gov during regular
business hours or sdm at noaa.gov (with cc: to nowcoast.team at noaa.gov) at
night or over the weekend.
