[Ncep.list.nos-nowcoast-status] NOAA/NOS nowCOAST Status Message

NCEP/NCO staff is actively working to diagnose and fix the problem that is
affecting nowCOAST as well as other applications  this morning.

No time estimate yet on when nowCOAST will return to normal operations.
