NESDIS/OSPO, the data provider of the GOES imagery resolved the problem 
with their servers last night.
GOES imagery was again available via nowCOAST's map services and map 
viewer starting at ~10:50 PM EDT Wed., March 16th.

Thank you for your patience as the data provider diagnosed and fixed the 
issue.
