[Ncep.list.nos-nowcoast-status] NOAA/NOS nowCOAST Status Message

Due to an upstream data provider issue, nowCOAST may intermittently show
"holes" in the weather radar reflectivity mosaic for CONUS.  The data
provider is investigating.
