The nowCOAST data set *ingest-ndfd* is currently unavailable.  The
dataset was last received: 04/10/16 00:00:00 Z.

NCO has identified the source of the data outage was with the upstream
data provider, who fixed the problem.  The dataset should be back on
nowCOAST within the next 3 hours.
