Re:  NYOFS and STJOFS oceanographic forecast guidance

Due to a planned power  outage at a NOAA building in Silver Spring, MD,
output from NOS/CO-OPS' Oceanographic Operational Forecast Modeling Systems
for the Port of NY/NJ and St. Johns River in FL will not be available from
approximately 8PM EST Friday till late Saturday evening. Therefore, maps of
NYOFS and SJTOFS forecast guidance will be missing on nowCOAST's map viewer
and map services during this outage, especially on Saturday.
